The Report of Oman on the Map of International Indicators aims to show the progress made by the Sultanate on the world map for economic performance. It reviews the performance of the Sultanate compared to some world countries in addition to comparing the performance of the Group of Arab States and the GCC Group in the indicators of competitiveness, business environment, and economic, social, sectoral and IT performance. The methodology of the report relied on the selection of some international indicators relied upon worldwide to measure the evolution in the performance of countries in terms of methodology, scientific reputation of the issuing institution, number of countries on the indicator and method of data collection and analysis.
