Description
With the aim of updating the indicators of the access to and use of ICT by households and individuals in the sultanate and to provide the required data for decision makers to formulate the related policies, the Ministry of Technology and Communications (MTC) and the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) started to conduct a survey to measure the access to and use of ICT by households and individuals 2020 as a continuous practice for future improvement and planning.
A random sample of individuals of 18 years old and above will be interviewed through telephone calls during the period from 9 - 20 February 2020 representing Omani and non-Omani in all the Sultanate governorates.
