The survey aims to provide statistical indicators about the satisfaction of users of fixed-line telecommunications services, which contribute to the formulation of legislative and regulatory frameworks that take into account the interests of the beneficiaries and enhance their confidence in the services provided in the sector. And that is through measuring five axes, namely knowing the level of satisfaction with the services provided by service providers, the extent of satisfaction with the form of physical facilities, equipment, staff and media materials of service providers, and the level of network quality with the main service provider of the subscriber, in addition to measuring the extent of satisfaction with aspects of pricing for telecom operators.
