Definition:
Visitors who are doing a trip to a destination outside the usual environment, less than a year for any main purpose (business or leisure or personal purpose) and not receive a wage of the visited country .
Methodology:
* Foreigners = number of police ready
Omani * = ( ( Total Omanis departures through border crossing points for the current year / Total Omanis departures through the border crossing points of the previous year ) × number of Omani tourists coming to Sultanate of previous year )
* Gulf = ( ( GCC guests for the current year  / number of guests Gulf for the previous year ) × number of Gulf tourists coming to the Sultanate of previous year )
