عقد المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات – 22 يناير 2026 - اجتماعًا تحضيريًا لممثلي الجهات الحكومية المشمولة في استطلاع الرأي العام حول تقييم الخدمات الحكومية؛ استعدادًا لإطلاق دورة جديدة من الاستطلاع، وذلك بمشاركة نحو 80 مشاركًا من ممثلي 54 جهة حكومية، إلى جانب عدد من المختصين بالمركز.ويأتي الاجتماع استنادًا إلى نتائج الدورات السابقة وما رُصد خلالها من ملاحظات وتحديات، بهدف توضيح مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بالاستطلاع، واستعراض آلياته ومنهجيته، ومناقشة الأطر التنظيمية ونقاط التواصل المعتمدة مع الجهات المشمولة، بما يسهم في رفع الجاهزية لمعالجة التحديات التي واجهت الاستطلاع في الدورات الماضية، ويعزز كفاءة التنفيذ وفاعليته.ويُعدُّ استطلاع الرأي العام حول تقييم الخدمات الحكومية أحد الأدوات الإحصائية التي ينفّذها المركز بصورة دورية لقياس مستوى رضا المستفيدين عن الخدمات الحكومية المقدَّمة، ورصد تجاربهم الفعلية في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية المختلفة، سواء من خلال الحضور الشخصي أو عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية والمنصات الرقمية، وبما يراعي اختلاف شرائح المجتمع واحتياجاتهم.ويغطي الاستطلاع عددًا من المحاور الرئيسة، من بينها سهولة الوصول إلى الخدمة، وجودة الإجراءات، ووضوح المعلومات، وسرعة إنجاز المعاملات، وكفاءة الخدمة بشكل عام، وكفاءة قنوات التواصل، إلى جانب تقييم مستوى التحول الرقمي في تقديم الخدمات، بما يسهم في توفير بيانات دقيقة وموثوقة تدعم صُنّاع القرار وتساعد في تطوير الخدمات الحكومية.وقالت الفاضلة سوسن بنت داوود اللواتية المديرة العامة للمعلومات بالمركز إن الاجتماع التحضيري يعكس حرص المركز على تعزيز التعاون مع الجهات الحكومية وتهيئتها للمشاركة الفاعلة في الاستطلاع، بما يسهم في رفع جودة البيانات ومعالجة التحديات التي تم رصدها سابقًا، وصولًا إلى نتائج أدق تعكس واقع الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع. وأضافت أن المركز يعمل على تطوير أدوات الاستطلاع بشكل مستمر، وتوحيد آليات التنفيذ، وتعزيز قنوات التواصل مع الجهات المشاركة، بما يضمن وضوح الأدوار وسلاسة تبادل البيانات في الوقت المحدد.ويأتي هذا الاجتماع ضمن سلسلة من اللقاءات التحضيرية التي ينفذها المركز استعدادًا لإطلاق الدورة الجديدة من استطلاع تقييم الخدمات الحكومية، بما يضمن جاهزية الجهات المشاركة، ويعزز جودة التنفيذ، وصولًا إلى نتائج تسهم في دعم تطوير الأداء الحكومي وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع.

In anticipation of the start of a new survey cycle, the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) called a preparatory meeting for representatives of government entities covered by the public opinion survey on the evaluation of government services on January 22, 2026. In addition to several experts from the Center, about eighty people from fifty-four government entities attended the meeting.&nbsp;With the aim of clarifying the various aspects related to the survey, reviewing its mechanisms and methodology, and discussing the applicable regulatory frameworks and approved points of contact with the participating entities, the meeting was called in light of the results of previous survey cycles and the observations and challenges identified therein. This, in turn, is intended to enhance institutional readiness to address the challenges encountered in prior cycles and to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation.&nbsp;The public opinion survey on the evaluation of government services constitutes one of the statistical instruments periodically implemented by the Center to measure beneficiaries’ levels of satisfaction with the government services provided, and to capture their actual experiences in engaging with various government entities, whether through in-person interactions or via electronic means and digital platforms, in a manner that duly takes into account the diversity of societal segments and their respective needs.&nbsp;In addition to evaluating the degree of digital transformation in service delivery, the survey covers several important aspects, such as the ease of access to services, the quality of procedures, the clarity of information, the timeliness of transaction completion, overall service efficiency, and the efficacy of communication channels. Collectively, these elements contribute to the provision of accurate and reliable data that support decision-makers and assist in the ongoing development of government services.Her Excellency Sawsan bint Dawood Al Lawatiyah, Director General of Information at the Center, stated that the preparatory meeting reflects the NCSI commitment to strengthening cooperation with government entities and adequately preparing them for effective participation in the survey, in a manner that contributes to enhancing data quality and addressing the challenges previously identified, thereby leading to more precise results that accurately reflect the reality of services provided to the community. She further noted that the NCSI continues to develop the survey instruments on an ongoing basis, standardize implementation mechanisms, and reinforce communication channels with participating entities, so as to ensure clarity of roles and the smooth and timely exchange of data.This meeting forms part of a series of preparatory engagements conducted by the NCSI in advance of the launch of the new cycle of the Government Services Evaluation Survey, with the objective of ensuring the readiness of participating entities, enhancing the quality of implementation, and ultimately producing results that contribute to supporting the development of governmental performance and improving the level of services delivered to the community.

سجل الميزان التجاري لسلطنة عمان فائضاً بـ 4 مليارات و690 مليون ريال عماني حتى نهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م مقارنة بفائض بلغ 7 مليارات و307 مليون ريال عُماني خلال الفترة نفسها من عام 2024م، وفق ما بينت الإحصاءات المبدئية الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات.وأظهرت الإحصاءات إلى أن إجمالي قيمة الصادرات السلعية سجلت 19 ملياراً و359 مليون ريال عُماني بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م، مُسجلاً انخفاضاً بنسبة 8 بالمائة مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام السابق والتي سجلت وقتها 21 مليارا و48 مليون ريال عُماني. بالمقابل ارتفع إجمالي الواردات السلعية المسجلة إلى سلطنة عُمان بنسبة 6.8 بالمائة لتصل إلى 14 مليارا و669 مليون ريال عُماني، مقارنة بـ 13 ملياراً و741 مليون ريال عُماني خلال نفس ذاتها من عام 2024م.ويُعزى انخفاض قيمة الصادرات السلعية لسلطنة عُمان بشكل رئيسي إلى انخفاض قيمة صادرات سلطنة عمان من النفط والغاز، التي بلغت 12 ملياراً و135 مليون ريال عُماني بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م، مسجلة انخفاضًا بنسبة 16.3 بالمائة، مقارنة بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2024م التي بلغت فيها 14 ملياراً و497 مليون ريال عُماني.في المقابل، ارتفاع قيمة الصادرات السلعية غير النفطية لسلطنة عُمان بنسبة 9.9 بالمائة، لتبلغ 5 مليارات و612 ملايين ريال عماني، بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م، مقارنة بـ 5 مليارات و106 مليون ريال عُماني خلال الفترة نفسها من العام السابق.كما ارتفعت قيمة عمليات إعادة التصدير من سلطنة عمان لتبلغ ملياراً و612 مليون ريال عُماني بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م، مسجلة نموًا بنسبة 11.6 بالمائة، مقارنة بمليار و445 مليون ريال عُماني خلال الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م.وتصدرت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عمليات التبادل التجاري في الصادرات غير النفطية بنهاية شهر أكتوبر 2025م بما قيمته مليار و70 مليون ريال عماني، مسجلاً ارتفاعاً بنسبة 27.6 بالمائة بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024م، وكذلك عمليات التبادل التجاري في إعادة التصدير من سلطنة عمان، حيث بلغت قيمة إعادة التصدير إليها 532 مليون ريال عماني. وأيضا في الدول المصدرة لسلطنة عمان بقيمة 3 مليارات و491 مليون ريال عماني. وجاءت المملكة العربية السعودية في المرتبة الثانية في الصادرات غير النفطية بقيمة 920 مليون ريال عماني، تلتها الهند بـقيمة 597 مليون ريال عماني، وفي إعادة التصدير، حلّت إيران في المرتبة الثانية بقيمة 324 ملايين ريال عماني، تلتها المملكة المتحدة بقيمة 179 مليون ريال عماني. أما في جانب الواردات، فجاءت الصين في المرتبة الثانية بقيمة مليار و556 مليون ريال عماني، تلتها الكويت بما قيمته مليار و257 مليون ريال عُماني.&nbsp;

The Sultanate of Oman’s trade balance recorded a surplus of OMR 4.69 billion by the end of October 2025, compared to a surplus of OMR 7.307 billion during the same period in 2024.Preliminary statistics issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) showed that the total value of merchandise exports reached OMR 19.359 billion by the end of October 2025, marking a decline of 8 percent compared to OMR 21.048 billion recorded during the same period in 2024.In contrast, the total value of merchandise imports rose by 6.8 percent to OMR 14.669 billion, compared to OMR 13.741 billion during the same period last year.The decrease in total exports was mainly attributed to a decline in the value of oil and gas exports, which amounted to OMR 12.135 billion by the end of October 2025, registering a 16.3 percent decrease compared to OMR 14.497 billion at the end of October 2024.Meanwhile, the value of non-oil merchandise exports increased by 9.9 percent, reaching OMR 5.612 billion, compared to OMR 5.106 billion during the same period in 2024.The value of re-exports also recorded an increase of 11.6 percent, reaching OMR 1.612 billion by the end of October 2025, compared to OMR 1.445 billion during the corresponding period of 2024.The United Arab Emirates topped Oman’s non-oil export destinations by the end of October 2025, with exports valued at OMR 1.07 billion, reflecting a 27.6 percent increase year-on-year. The UAE also ranked first in re-exports, with a value of OMR 532 million, and remained the largest source of imports to Oman at OMR 3.491 billion.Saudi Arabia ranked second in non-oil exports with OMR 920 million, followed by India at OMR 597 million. In re-exports, Iran came second with OMR 324 million, followed by the United Kingdom at OMR 179 million.As for imports, China ranked second after the UAE, with imports valued at OMR 1.556 billion, followed by the State of Kuwait at OMR 1.257 billion.

سجّل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي لسلطنة عُمان بالأسعار الجارية انخفاضًا طفيفًا بنسبة 0.4 بالمائة في الربع الثالث من عام 2025م ليبلغ (بسعر السوق) 10 مليارات و414 مليون ريال عماني مقارنةً بـ 10 مليارات و454 مليون ريال عماني خلال الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م، وذلك وفق البيانات الأولية الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات.ويُعزى هذا التراجع بشكل رئيسي إلى انخفاض أداء الأنشطة النفطية، حيث تراجعت بنسبة 6 بالمائة لتسجل 3 مليارات و471 مليون و300 ألف ريال عماني في الربع الثالث من عام 2025م مقارنةً بـ 3 مليارات و693 مليون و200 ألف ريال عماني في الربع المماثل من عام 2024م. في المقابل، حققت الأنشطة غير النفطية نمواً بنسبة 2.5 بالمائة مسجلةً 7 مليارات و291 مليون و600 ألف ريال عماني مقارنةً بـ 7 مليارات و116 مليون و200 ألف ريال عماني في الفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.وعلى مستوى الأنشطة الاقتصادية غير النفطية، شهدت أنشطة الإنشاءات ارتفاعًا بنسبة 2.2 بالمائة لتسجل 817 مليون و400 ألف ريال عماني، كما ارتفعت أنشطة تجارة الجملة والتجزئة بنسبة 2.1 بالمائة لتسهم بما قيمته 880 مليون و100 ألف ريال عماني، فيما سجلت أنشطة الإدارة العامة والدفاع نمواً بنسبة 2.8 بالمائة لتبلغ 966 مليون و800 ألف ريال عماني في الربع الثالث من عام 2025م.&nbsp;

Oman’s gross domestic product at current prices stood at RO 10.414 billion in the third quarter of 2025,recording a slight decline of 0.4 per cent compared with RO 10.454 billion in the same period of 2024.Preliminary figures from the National Centre for Statistics and Information indicated that the marginal contractionwas mainly due to weaker oil sector performance. Oil activities fell by 6 per cent to RO 3.4713 billion in the thirdquarter of 2025, compared with RO 3.6932 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.In contrast, non-oil activities continued to expand, growing by 2.5 per cent to reach RO 7.2916 billion, up from RO7.1162 billion in the third quarter of 2024.Within the non-oil economy, construction activity increased by 2.2 per cent to RO 817.4 million. Wholesale andretail trade rose by 2.1 per cent, contributing RO 880.1 million, while public administration and defence recordedgrowth of 2.8 per cent to reach RO 966.8 million during the quarter.&nbsp;
