سجّلت صادرات سلطنة عُمان من النفط انخفاضاً طفيفاً بنسبة 0.1 بالمئة حتى نهاية شهر ديسمبر2025م، حيث بلغت 307 مليوناً و960 ألفاً و900 برميل، مقارنة بـ 308 مليوناً و422 ألفاً و100 برميل خلال نفس الفترة من عام 2024م وفقاً للإحصاءات الأولية الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات.وسجّل متوسط سعر النفط انخفاضًا بنسبة 12.1 بالمئة ليبلغ 71 دولارًا أمريكيًا للبرميل حتى نهاية شهر ديسمبر2025م، مقارنةً بـ 80.8 دولارًا خلال الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م.وفي المقابل، ارتفع متوسط الإنتاج اليومي من النفط بنسبة طفيفة بلغت 0.9 بالمئة، حيث بلغ مليوناً وألفين برميل يوميًا بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، مقارنةً بـ 992 ألفًا و600 برميل يوميًا خلال الفترة ذاتها من العام السابق.أما إجمالي إنتاج سلطنة عُمان من النفط فارتفع بنسبة طفيفة بلغت 0.7 بالمائة، مسجلاً 365 مليونًا و754 ألفًا و400 برميل حتى نهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م، مقارنة بـ 363 مليونًا و288 ألفًا و500 برميل مقارنة في الفترة ذاتها من عام 2024م.

The Sultanate of Oman’s oil exports recorded a slight decrease of 0.1% by the end of December 2025, reaching 307,960,900 barrels compared to 308,422,100 barrels during the same period in 2024, according to preliminary statistics issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI). The average price of oil recorded a 12.1% decline, standing at $71 per barrel by the end of December 2025, compared to $80.8 per barrel during the same period in 2024. Conversely, the average daily production of oil saw a slight increase of 0.9%, reaching 1,002,000 barrels per day by the end of December 2025, compared to 992,600 barrels per day during the same period of the previous year. Total oil production in the Sultanate of Oman rose slightly by 0.7%, recording 365,754,400 barrels by the end of December 2025, compared to 363,288,500 barrels during the same period in 2024.

سجل المؤشر العام لأسعار المستهلكين في سلطنة عُمان ارتفاعًا بنسبة 1.6 بالمائة في شهر ديسمبر 2025م مقارنةً بالشهر المماثل من عام 2024م لسنة الأساس 2018، بحسب البيانات الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات، كما ارتفع متوسط التضخم خلال الفترة من شهر يناير إلى شهر ديسمبر 2025م بنسبة 1 بالمائة.وأظهرت البيانات تصدّر مجموعة السلع الشخصية المتنوعة والخدمات قائمة الارتفاعات، مسجلة ارتفاعاً في الأسعار بنسبة 10 بالمائة، تليها مجموعة النقل بنسبة 2.8 بالمائة، ثم مجموعة المطاعم والفنادق بـنسبة 2.6 بالمائة، ومجموعة الأثاث والتجهيزات والمعدات المنزلية وأعمال الصيانة بـنسبة 2.4 بالمائة، ومجموعة التعليم بنسبة 2.2 بالمائة.كما ارتفعت أسعار مجموعة المواد الغذائية والمشروبات غير الكحولية بـنسبة 1.1 بالمائة، ومجموعة الملابس والأحذية بـنسبة 0.2 بالمائة، إضافة إلى مجموعة الصحة بـنسبة 0.1 بالمائة.في المقابل سجّلت مجموعة الثقافة والترفيه انخفاضًا في أسعارها بنسبة 0.1 بالمائة، فيما استقرت أسعار مجموعة السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز وأنواع الوقود الأخرى، ومجموعة التبغ، ومجموعة الاتصالات دون أي تغيير.وعلى صعيد مجموعة المواد الغذائية والمشروبات غير الكحولية لشهر ديسمبر 2025م مقارنةً بالشهر المماثل من العام 2024م ارتفعت أسعار الأسماك والأغذية البحرية بـنسبة 6 بالمائة، والفواكه بـنسبة 4 بالمائة، والسكر والمربى والعسل والحلويات بـنسبة 3.5 بالمائة، والحليب والجبن والبيض بـنسبة 2.1 بالمائة، والمشروبات غير الكحولية بـنسبة 0.9 بالمائة، واللحوم بـنسبة 0.8 بالمائة، والخبز والحبوب والزيوت والدهون بـنسبة 0.7 بالمائة، ومنتجات المواد الأغذية غير المصنفة تحت بند آخر&nbsp;بنسبة 0.4 بالمائة، في حين انخفضت أسعار الخضراوات بـنسبة 5.8 بالمائة.وسجلت محافظة الظاهرة أعلى نسبة ارتفاع في التضخم بنهاية شهر ديسمبر 2025م مقارنةً بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، حيث ارتفع المؤشر بنسبة 2.5 بالمائة، كما ارتفع معدل التضخم في محافظة الداخلية بنسبة 2.1 بالمائة، وفي محافظتي مسقط والبريمي بنسبة 1.7بالمائة، وفي محافظة جنوب الباطنة بنسبة 1.5 بالمائة.وفي محافظتي جنوب الشرقية ومسندم بلغ معدل الارتفاع 1.1 بالمائة، فيما سجّلت محافظتي شمال الشرقية وشمال الباطنة ارتفاعا بنسبة 0.9 بالمائة. كما ارتفع المعدل في محافظتي الوسطى وظفار بنسبة 0.8 بالمائة.

The general consumer price index in the Sultanate of Oman recorded an increase of 1.6 percent in December 2025 compared to the same month of 2024 (base year 2018). The average inflation for the period from January to December 2025 also rose by 1 percent.Data issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) showed that the category of Miscellaneous Goods and Personal Services topped the list of increases, recording a price rise of 10 percent. It was followed by the Transport category at 2.8 percent, then the Restaurants and Hotels category at 2.6 percent, the Furniture, Household Equipment, and Maintenance category at 2.4 percent, and the Education category at 2.2 percent.Prices also rose in the Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages category by 1.1 percent, the Clothing and Footwear category by 0.2 percent, and the Health category by 0.1 percent.Conversely, the Recreation and Culture category recorded a price decrease of 0.1 percent, while prices in the Housing, Water, Electricity, Gas, and Other Fuels category, the Tobacco category, and the Communications category remained stable with no change.As for the Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages category for December 2025 compared to the same month of 2024, prices for Fish and Seafood rose by 6 percent, Fruits by 4 percent, Sugar, Jam, Honey, and Confectionery by 3.5 percent, Milk, Cheese, and Eggs by 2.1 percent, Non-Alcoholic Beverages by 0.9 percent, Meat by 0.8 percent, Bread, Cereals, Oils, and Fats by 0.7 percent, and Food Products Not Elsewhere Classified by 0.4 percent. Meanwhile, Vegetable prices decreased by 5.8 percent.A’Dhahirah Governorate recorded the highest inflation rate increase by the end of December 2025 compared to the same period of the previous year, with the index rising by 2.5 percent. The inflation rate also increased in A’Dakhiliyah Governorate by 2.1 percent, in the Governorates of Muscat and Al Buraimi by 1.7 percent, and in South Al Batinah Governorate by 1.5 percent.In the Governorates of South A’Sharqiyah and Musandam, the rate of increase reached 1.1 percent, while the Governorates of North A’Sharqiyah and North Al Batinah recorded an increase of 0.9 percent. The rate also rose in the Governorates of Al Wusta and Dhofar by 0.8 percent.

عقد المركز الوطني للإحصاء والمعلومات – 22 يناير 2026 - اجتماعًا تحضيريًا لممثلي الجهات الحكومية المشمولة في استطلاع الرأي العام حول تقييم الخدمات الحكومية؛ استعدادًا لإطلاق دورة جديدة من الاستطلاع، وذلك بمشاركة نحو 80 مشاركًا من ممثلي 54 جهة حكومية، إلى جانب عدد من المختصين بالمركز.ويأتي الاجتماع استنادًا إلى نتائج الدورات السابقة وما رُصد خلالها من ملاحظات وتحديات، بهدف توضيح مختلف الجوانب المتعلقة بالاستطلاع، واستعراض آلياته ومنهجيته، ومناقشة الأطر التنظيمية ونقاط التواصل المعتمدة مع الجهات المشمولة، بما يسهم في رفع الجاهزية لمعالجة التحديات التي واجهت الاستطلاع في الدورات الماضية، ويعزز كفاءة التنفيذ وفاعليته.ويُعدُّ استطلاع الرأي العام حول تقييم الخدمات الحكومية أحد الأدوات الإحصائية التي ينفّذها المركز بصورة دورية لقياس مستوى رضا المستفيدين عن الخدمات الحكومية المقدَّمة، ورصد تجاربهم الفعلية في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية المختلفة، سواء من خلال الحضور الشخصي أو عبر الوسائل الإلكترونية والمنصات الرقمية، وبما يراعي اختلاف شرائح المجتمع واحتياجاتهم.ويغطي الاستطلاع عددًا من المحاور الرئيسة، من بينها سهولة الوصول إلى الخدمة، وجودة الإجراءات، ووضوح المعلومات، وسرعة إنجاز المعاملات، وكفاءة الخدمة بشكل عام، وكفاءة قنوات التواصل، إلى جانب تقييم مستوى التحول الرقمي في تقديم الخدمات، بما يسهم في توفير بيانات دقيقة وموثوقة تدعم صُنّاع القرار وتساعد في تطوير الخدمات الحكومية.وقالت الفاضلة سوسن بنت داوود اللواتية المديرة العامة للمعلومات بالمركز إن الاجتماع التحضيري يعكس حرص المركز على تعزيز التعاون مع الجهات الحكومية وتهيئتها للمشاركة الفاعلة في الاستطلاع، بما يسهم في رفع جودة البيانات ومعالجة التحديات التي تم رصدها سابقًا، وصولًا إلى نتائج أدق تعكس واقع الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع. وأضافت أن المركز يعمل على تطوير أدوات الاستطلاع بشكل مستمر، وتوحيد آليات التنفيذ، وتعزيز قنوات التواصل مع الجهات المشاركة، بما يضمن وضوح الأدوار وسلاسة تبادل البيانات في الوقت المحدد.ويأتي هذا الاجتماع ضمن سلسلة من اللقاءات التحضيرية التي ينفذها المركز استعدادًا لإطلاق الدورة الجديدة من استطلاع تقييم الخدمات الحكومية، بما يضمن جاهزية الجهات المشاركة، ويعزز جودة التنفيذ، وصولًا إلى نتائج تسهم في دعم تطوير الأداء الحكومي وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع.

In anticipation of the start of a new survey cycle, the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) called a preparatory meeting for representatives of government entities covered by the public opinion survey on the evaluation of government services on January 22, 2026. In addition to several experts from the Center, about eighty people from fifty-four government entities attended the meeting.&nbsp;With the aim of clarifying the various aspects related to the survey, reviewing its mechanisms and methodology, and discussing the applicable regulatory frameworks and approved points of contact with the participating entities, the meeting was called in light of the results of previous survey cycles and the observations and challenges identified therein. This, in turn, is intended to enhance institutional readiness to address the challenges encountered in prior cycles and to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of implementation.&nbsp;The public opinion survey on the evaluation of government services constitutes one of the statistical instruments periodically implemented by the Center to measure beneficiaries’ levels of satisfaction with the government services provided, and to capture their actual experiences in engaging with various government entities, whether through in-person interactions or via electronic means and digital platforms, in a manner that duly takes into account the diversity of societal segments and their respective needs.&nbsp;In addition to evaluating the degree of digital transformation in service delivery, the survey covers several important aspects, such as the ease of access to services, the quality of procedures, the clarity of information, the timeliness of transaction completion, overall service efficiency, and the efficacy of communication channels. Collectively, these elements contribute to the provision of accurate and reliable data that support decision-makers and assist in the ongoing development of government services.Her Excellency Sawsan bint Dawood Al Lawatiyah, Director General of Information at the Center, stated that the preparatory meeting reflects the NCSI commitment to strengthening cooperation with government entities and adequately preparing them for effective participation in the survey, in a manner that contributes to enhancing data quality and addressing the challenges previously identified, thereby leading to more precise results that accurately reflect the reality of services provided to the community. She further noted that the NCSI continues to develop the survey instruments on an ongoing basis, standardize implementation mechanisms, and reinforce communication channels with participating entities, so as to ensure clarity of roles and the smooth and timely exchange of data.This meeting forms part of a series of preparatory engagements conducted by the NCSI in advance of the launch of the new cycle of the Government Services Evaluation Survey, with the objective of ensuring the readiness of participating entities, enhancing the quality of implementation, and ultimately producing results that contribute to supporting the development of governmental performance and improving the level of services delivered to the community.
