​The Centre has organised a workshop on "Full Leadership Intellect." The event was conducted to highlight the strategic role played by the leadership in the process of guiding employees of institutions in pursuit of achieving their desired goals.

The workshop reviewed the concept of leadership and its types, methods of problem solving, decision making and methods of team leadership. The means of discovering skills of intellect were discussed in four parts, which were to create awareness about leadership capabilities among trainees.

The workshop also included some practical exercises. There was a voting on some subjects as well as discussion on its results.
