The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) carry out the third session of the opinion poll of beneficiaries of government services for the year 2024, which will begin Monday, June 24 and will continue until November 30, 2024.
The survey aims at identifying the opinions of customers with the services provided by government entities, assess the level of satisfaction with aspects related to submitting or completing the requested services, identifying the opinion of beneficiaries of electronic services and evaluating the level of satisfaction in order to improve the quality of the provided services.
The opinion poll survey is carried out over the phone, targeting a random sample of customers of government entities during the period of the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024 in accordance with a set of basic criteria for evaluating government services.
A random sample of those dealing with government entities in the Sultanate of Oman was selected; Data is collected by telephone, via the NCSI's phone number 24219000, during official working hours, 8 am to 2:30 pm.
The implementation of this opinion poll comes as a part of the role of the National Center for Statistics and Information in monitoring public opinion in the Sultanate of Oman and providing the necessary data and indicators on various issues that concern public opinion.
It is noteworthy that all data are confidential in accordance with the Royal Decree No. (55/2019), where the Article No. (11) stipulates that (All individual data in accordance with the provisions of this law, which relate to any census, are considered confidential, and may only be published in an aggregate form, It is prohibited to be viewed by any individual or governmental or non-governmental entity, and may not be used for anything other than statistical purposes).
